Payment and Refund Policy

Monthly, annual and team subscriptions, as well as extra analysis packs, are paid through the connected crypto payment infrastructure. Access is enabled after the network and payment provider confirm the payment.

Crypto payments are not reversed automatically, so refund requests are reviewed manually. To request a refund, contact us through the contacts page and include the account email, payment date and order details.

We will review the request and explain the next steps. If a refund is approved, it is sent using a method agreed with the user and technically available for that payment.

If the amount is incomplete, arrives after the payment session expires, or is sent with the wrong asset or network, contact us. These cases are reviewed individually.

Corporate subscriptions are agreed separately and may use individual payment terms, periods and refund rules recorded with the customer.
