Can I get a refund for a subscription?
Yes, by contacting us through the contacts page. Crypto payments are not reversed automatically, so refunds are reviewed manually.
Are there any subscription limits?
No. An active subscription has no limits on analyses, selected-call exports or HTML report generation.
What does local file processing mean?
Your dumps are processed locally in your browser on your own computer. PCAP/PCAPNG files are not uploaded to the server, and dump contents are not stored on our servers.
Which analyses are used first?
With an active subscription, analysis starts immediately and no other limits are spent. Without a subscription, paid analysis credits are used first and also start without a queue. Once they are gone, the free daily analysis is available through a queue.
What happens after I buy a subscription?
Access is enabled for your current account after PayRam confirmation. There are no automatic crypto charges right now: renewal requires starting a new payment. Renewal reminders can be enabled or disabled in the account page.
