Can I get a refund for a subscription?
Yes. A refund is available if you have not run any analyses after purchasing the subscription. Only the latest purchase is reverted: an extension rolls back to the prior date, while a first subscription is disabled.
Are there any subscription limits?
No. An active subscription has no limits on analyses, selected-call exports or HTML report generation.
What does local file processing mean?
Your dumps are processed locally in your browser on your own computer. PCAP/PCAPNG files are not uploaded to the server, and dump contents are not stored on our servers.
Which analyses are used first?
The free daily analysis is used first. If you do not have a subscription, paid analysis credits are used after that. With an active subscription, paid credits are kept for later.
What happens after I buy a subscription?
Access is enabled immediately for your current account. Auto-renewal can be disabled in the account page and enabled again before the paid period ends.
