We try to collect only the data the service genuinely needs, and we do not upload the contents of your PCAP/PCAPNG files to our servers.

The service may process your email address, authentication and session data, subscription and payment metadata, technical identifiers used to prevent abuse, and messages you send through the contacts page.
For usage history we store analysis metadata such as start time, access category and file size. Dump contents and local analysis results are not uploaded to the server.
We use this data to create accounts, grant paid access, keep usage history, answer support requests, protect the service from abuse and perform our obligations to users.
When you pay with cryptocurrency, part of the payment flow is processed by the PayRam payment infrastructure. We use only the information needed to confirm payment and grant access.
PCAP/PCAPNG files are analyzed locally in your browser. We use only technically necessary cookies and browser storage for sign-in and normal operation.
We keep data only as long as needed for the service, security, payment accounting and applicable obligations, and then delete or anonymize it when retention is no longer required.
